As a new member of David Lloyd Clubs, you’re invited to enjoy a complimentary dental hygiene appointment or dental exam courtesy of Love Teeth Dental Practice.

1. Who Can Use This Offer?

• This offer is exclusively available to new members who have recently joined a David Lloyd Club.
• Proof of membership may be requested at your appointment.

2. What’s Included?

• Choose between a free dental hygiene visit or a routine dental exam at Love Teeth Dental.
• Additional treatments or services are not included and will be charged separately if required.

3. How to Redeem

• You must mention that you have a voucher at the time of booking.
• Present your voucher (physical not digital) at your appointment to redeem the offer.
• Bookings must be made directly with Love Teeth Dental.

4. Valid Until

• Offer is valid until March 31, 2026.
• Each voucher is valid for a single use only.

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointment slots are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Missed appointments may result in the voucher being void.

6. Additional Notes

• Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Cannot be used alongside other offers or discounts.
• Love Teeth Dental reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.

1. Eligibility:
   This offer is available to new patients only, under 12 years of age, attending Love Teeth Dental Practice Kids, Worcester Park, for their first dental screening.
2. Appointment Booking:
   Appointments must be booked in advance using the QR code provided or by calling the practice. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.
3. Booking Deposit:
   A £10 refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be refunded upon attendance.
4.  What the Offer Includes:
   A complimentary dental screening appointment, which includes a basic oral health check-up and general dental advice from a qualified dental professional.
5. Additional Services:
   X-rays and any necessary dental treatment are not included and will be charged separately at standard rates.
6. Use of Voucher:
   Each child is entitled to one free screening under this offer. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
7. Right to Refuse:
   The clinic reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer in cases of suspected misuse or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Changes to the Offer:
   Love Teeth Dental Practice reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
