How Do All-On-4 Implants Work?
Ask anyone with dental implants what they love about them, and they’ll probably say, “everything!” Traditional dental implants use titanium posts to replace the root structure of a single tooth, giving you virtually the same level of support as your natural tooth would.
Titanium is the perfect material for implants. It’s lightweight and durable enough to be used on NASA’s rockets, and it’s biocompatible. Once in position, the implant will fuse with the bone to provide steadfast support for the restorations we’ll place above the gumline.
At the front of your mouth, we’ll place two vertical implants. Further back, we’ll position another implant on each side of the mouth. We’ll angle these at around 45 degrees.
The cumulative benefits of these four implants are that your prosthetic teeth and jaw will withstand the forces from chewing.

I used to dread going to the dentist! The facility’s and equipment here are 1st class. As are the all the staff friendly and make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door! Highly skilled dentist confident and vast knowledge nothing seems to be too much trouble! her professionalism makes you feel very relaxed as does her friendly can do attitude. She has carried out Successful route canal treatment + crown carried out with 0 complication, fillings and a second crown for restoration purposes I will not use any other dentist now period! Brilliant experience every time! I travel over an hour and a half to come here. What To Expect From Your All-On-4 Procedure
We’ll get you in for a full assessment and perform a CT scan before your procedure. Next, we’ll discuss the treatment and costs and finance options.
If you have teeth that need to come out before we can place implants, we’ll remove these first. Next, we’ll put the implants in under anaesthetic to keep discomfort to a minimum.
Once your implants are in position, we’ll fit a temporary restoration. Although these are only designed for use while our skilled technicians perfect your final teeth, you’ll find they look and feel great.
After we’re satisfied with how your implants have fused to your jaw, we’ll put the final restoration in place.
