Let Your Smile
Take Root
We’ve all seen the stereotypical issues associated with poorly fitted dentures. If your replacement teeth flop around inside your mouth or even fall out when you’re least expecting, it can make life pretty difficult. Eating and talking become a challenge, and it all gets very tiring!
Not only this but when you’ve lost teeth, the jaw area that used to hold their roots will soon waste away—resulting in a prematurely aged appearance as your facial structure sags.
Thankfully, ill-fitting dentures aren’t so much of a problem these days. Advances in technology mean we’ll give you made-to-measure false teeth that are leagues above dentures of the past.
We provide implanted dentures that help you overcome all the problems faced by denture wearers.

How Do Implanted Dentures Work?
Sometimes known as “clip-on dentures” or “implant-retained dentures”, implanted dentures are anchored to your jawbone by titanium screws. These screws act as a replacement root and create a tight bond with the supporting bone.
The dentures look and feel the same above the surface of your gum line. You can take them out to clean and clip them back on when you’ve finished. The big difference is how secure these dentures feel in your mouth. This stability makes speaking, eating, and even smiling much easier.

Having hated my teeth all my life I decided to treat myself! I did a lot of research and Love Teeth had very good reviews and they also had local practises which made them a good choice. Prior to having porcelain veneers fitted, I saw the hygienist and also had some root canal work done. I wouldn’t say I have a phobia of dentists but I am nervous! But I needn’t have been. It was all pain free! The reception girls were all lovely too. Very friendly and they remember your name! Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Love Teeth (I attended the Sutton clinic).
For me to go to the dentist is a miracle, im a cry and run patient. Deryn was amazing made me feel totally at ease and was kind and caring. I was shocked at the atmosphere as previous experience had ruined me. Its a lovely friendly place with no dentist sound and smell. Tailored made treatment. Cannot recommend enough. Also 1st time ever going to a dentist on my own, im 55 😁 so tells you what this place has.
Manochithra was amazing sorting my root canal treatment she was so caring and persisted until my pain was sorted. I’ve been at love teeth for a few years and found them so professional yet friendly. Thank you love teeth. Tina
This team has changed my life and I can’t thank them enough. Dr Caroline is amazing, and a god send! A massive thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming!. I felt so at ease I forgot I was sitting in a dentist, after so many years of feeling nothing but dread. Such an amazing team and Caroline has done such a great job. I will recommend this place to anyone. I will only be coming here from now on. Thank you Caroline Love Teeth Sutton for finally putting a smile on my face that I am proud to show off. Life savers! 😀
My father came in for a root canal treatmeant with Caroline after having a fear of the dentist perviously. My father now has no more pain and would definitely return to love teeth as the environment made him incredibly comfortable! Would highly recommend.
Had a filling done today by the lovely Rohan and Debi. Was a quick and easy process. They talked me through everything letting me know what was going on, and kept making sure I was okay throughout. Couldn’t ask for a better service, both of them were amazing. Thank you x
Wonderful wonderful wonderful! I am so impressed with the incredibly kind, professional staff at this amazing practice. We booked in for a check up and was absolutely delighted when we went in to find a child-centric, relaxed atmosphere where my son felt comfortable. The theming of the waiting room is fantastic, and makes a trip to the dentist an exciting experience for a child, rather than a dreaded one, he even looked forward to returning for his filling! Cannot recommend this place enough, definitely a win for Love Teeth.
I straightened my teeth through Invisalign with Love Teeth and also had 2 dental implants with them. Both experiences were as good as it gets. The staff are amazing and the dental specialists very reassuring. Fantastic service overall and good value for money if you want to be sure you get the proper dental treatments.
Placing Implanted Dentures
Ahead of the implant procedure, we’ll look at your jaw bone density to ensure you’re a suitable candidate. We’ll take a selection of scans to get a good look and use the information to plan your treatment.
In some cases, patients without their natural teeth for some time may not have enough bone to support the implants. If this is the case for you, we’d recommend a bone graft first to rebuild your jaw.
Several implants will support your dentures. We carefully and skillfully place each implant in the best spot to provide maximum benefit. We’ll do this while you’re under anaesthetic so you won’t feel a thing.
Once in place, the implants will need to fuse with your jaw. This process is known as osseointegration. The bone can take several months to heal around the implant. Until this happens, we’ll give you a set of temporary dentures to wear.
After we’re satisfied with how the jaw has taken the implant, we’ll give you your permanent dentures.

Frequently asked questions about implanted dentures in Surrey
What are implanted dentures?
Implanted dentures are prosthetic teeth that “click on” securely to dental implants embedded in your jaw, providing a strong, reliable alternative to traditional loose dentures.
How long do the implants last?
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, the implants themselves can last a lifetime. The dentures (the visible prosthetic teeth) may need replacing over time but they’ll simply snap onto your existing implants without extra surgery.
How do implanted dentures compare to traditional dentures?
Implanted dentures offer far more stability, comfort, and chewing efficiency. Plus, by anchoring into your bone, they help prevent bone loss, which conventional dentures cannot
