Lucy has been in the dental field for over 10 years having experience as a Dental Nurse, Treatment Co-Ordinator and Practice Manager. Even branching into Aesthetic Therapy before becoming a Co-Owner of Love Teeth Dental.
With this knowledge and experience, Lucy has gained a keen interest in Patient Experience and loves nothing more than to ensure a smooth Patient journey that will exceed their expectations.
Being very passionate about the Team at Love Teeth Dental and their hard work is the key reason behind the clinic’s success has caught the attention of Align Technology.
Lucy is now part of the Team Faculty as a Speaker as well as her knowledge being brought to the Align Advisory Board for Team Members and Orthodontics meaning that she is able to support and empower teams in other clinics in the UK.
