Ashana Gupta, BDS, received her degree from the University of Birmingham, and she is now pursuing further specialisation in the field of Oral surgery. She is currently working as a speciality registrar.
Dr. Gupta has a special interest in paediatric oral surgery and gives inhalation sedation to children who are nervous. Ashana also provides the much sought after specialised neonatal tongue tie service along with infant feeding support.
Dr. Gupta is known for her considerate and personable manner. She has published a great deal of work on the topic of reducing patient anxiety when seeing the dentist.
Dr. Gupta is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow and possesses a postgraduate certificate in education.
